Disregarding ALR's lack of progress - and in some ways reverse progress - that we like to mock her for, as well as her abhorrent personality, you have to give her some proper respect for not giving up.
Think about it: most deathfats will just sit there on the couch/bed/computerchair/etc and blindly guzzle pound after pound of deep-fried garbage washed down with sugary soda and some antidepressants. For ALR to not only be self-aware but to actively keep trying to solve her problem - as often as she fails miserably at it - already makes her better than 99% of deathfats.
AFAIK, the whole point of Lolcows is that they are terrible, laughable human beings who are both unaware of how idiotic they are and simultaneously try to defend their shit behavior. If you view all of ALR's videos, you will see a lot bad stuff, sure, but punctuating that are videos where she becomes genuinely emotional and acknowledges that she has a huge problem that she inflicted upon herself.
You can cry about this all you want but in my opinion, ALR, despite being a Lolcow, is one of the least Lollest of cows out there. You can't say that she isn't at least trying to solve her issue and hasn't enough resolve to not give up after so many years.
