Facebook 12/21: Chris needs more pokemans -

Ok, i know this sounds like a minor complain, but why the fuck does he writes "pok'emon"??? if he can't write "pokémon" then he could at least write just "pokemon" but nooo, he has to make everything so awkward...
Also, i don't think that hidding his friend code was really necessary, even if you have his friend code, you can't do jack shit to him if he doesn't accepts you...

I was about to post something about that, too. It really irks me how he insists on writing it like that, but it's characteristic Chris: He insists on unflinching observance of corporate trademarks ("there's a weird symbol over the 'e', so of COURSE I have to include it when I write the name"), yet he's too lazy to bother going through the effort to do it properly and just half-asses it ("meh, writing an apostrophe next to the 'e' is close enough").FemboiBunny said:

I think Chris would feel worse losing his Pokymans than losing friends. Not that he sees them very differently.

I'm almost disappointed that this is the latest news post-galpal discussions. I think I'd just (naively) assumed that Chris had heard, and would rage appropriately, or (wishful thinking here) maybe even attempt to take a long, hard look at his current life. (HAHAHAHA no.) Instead we get a repeat of something he did a while back, and it's begging for Pokémon, of all things. I wonder if he actually knows? The demand to not send Facebook messages seems telling, but there could be some unrelated stupid reason for it, like Chris being too busy with Pokémon to check for stuff like that, like others have said.
(And yes, it bugs the hell out of me too that he uses that odd spelling. I assume he's trying to mimic the accent, but even iPhones have a relatively easy way to make an accent -- simply hit and hold the e key and a menu will pop up that will bring up the accent he needs, rather than going to the number/alternate character menu that he needs to do. But this is Chris and I'm reading too much into it.)
