Got to wonder if it was legit from Megan or if it was a random troll posing as her and the autism was too strong for him to figure that much out.

It looks like the same picture of her that was posted on the Forum a few months back.

Still, I can't believe how seriously fucked up and insane he is. He's putting this out as a public post on Facebook. If his high school friends weren't already starting to suspect that he may be a little fucking nuts, I have a feeling they're going to start catching on real quick.
