Welcome to Fact Zone. I'm your host, DD420, and here we're about to talk about the issues that effect every American. Not just the fabcabs on Washington Street, but issues that effect every American.
The question for today is: is Jace literally Big Boss yes or no? We're going to look at the data here and there will be facts inbound so strap yourself in for a fact blast and put on your thinking caps kiddos. It's important to note that while all of this is true for Big Boss in his own canon, most of it isn't true for Jace except within his own fantasies and delusions. That being said the similarities are literally endless
Once you're done watching that, I recommend listening to some paranoid schizophrenic rambling for background noise while you read the rest of my post, here's a good one to start with
So to recap: In MGSV, Big Boss finds a wolf wounded and helpless in the mountains of Afghanistan and rescues him. In Tiberius Rising, Chapter 20, which was published nearly a month before the above video came out, Stryker is laying wounded and helpless in the mountains of Afghanistan when he is approached and rescued by Soap.
Fast forward a few weeks and it is revealed that the wolf becomes Big Boss's sidekick. Furthermore, the wolf has a lazy eye that it covers by wearing a specially-made wolf eyepatch. The wolf's name? "DD".
This may seem like not a big deal to you but I've looked at the data and the truth may shock you so put on your thinking hat for this one because we're about to hit the motherlode, uh, metaphorically, Lou Holtz
DD = Deagle Dad
But what does this all mean? I'm glad you asked, uh, no shit, to unravel the truth dude, we gotta ignore the cover story which equals coincidence, playboy... we could say that it's just a coincidence, that the fine people at Konami don't read these forums... but if you're not a pleb you know that coincidence is a cover story made by the US government, you feel me, as proven by the following empirical truths:
The entire Jace saga has been viral promotion for MGSV. Hideo Kojima wrote all of Jace's lines and personally played him as a character with an extremely well-crafted mask similar to his "Joakim Mogren" stunt. His team of Hollywood writers also created the fictional characters of Null, Katsu, myself, Chris Chandler, Tupac, Hulk Hogan, Tyce, the entire CWCKI Forums, and your dad, in order to... uh, um.. uh, like, you know what, Lou Holtz, no shit, Dave Huckaba, playboy, [unintelligible] this are the people responsible [unintelligible] islamic trolling cult [unintelligable] Oprah Winfrey
QED, bitch. Nice try government
The question for today is: is Jace literally Big Boss yes or no? It's important to note that while all of this is true for Big Boss in his own canon, most of it isn't true for Jace except within his own fantasies and delusions. That being said the similarities are literally endless
- Both have lazy/missing eyes and wear something to cover them (eyepatch/sunglasses)
- Both are ridiculously skilled war heroes and stealth experts within their own fictions (Big Boss within MGS canon, Jace only within his own delusions)
- Both have used their conquests to build an independent, self-sufficient militia out of nothing (Deagle Nation/Outer Haven) and it has slowly become their "home", recruiting other like-minded individuals who follow them like a messiah
- Both started out as relatively sane (if quirky) and have slowly become more psychologically unstable as their saga progresses
- Both have been engrossed in civil wars that tore their respective fictional worlds apart (Tyce/Zero)
- Both have invented their own very effective and cutting-edge form of martial art (CQC/"parkour fighting")
- Both are wounded after their respective tours of duty and wear some sort of device to assist them in basic tasks (Jace's AirBrace, Big Boss's prosthetic hand)
- Both will probably have to go to a Middle Eastern country and rescue one of their comrades from imprisonment (Eli/Kaz)
- Both are total momma's boys, emotionally dependent on their mother figure and lost without them, but have a love-hate relationship because their mother figure often totally wrecks them by punishing them harshly for their failures (The Boss/Gail)
- Jace literally sung Sins of the Father once
- Both use child soldiers to wage warfare (Tyce/the child soldiers shown in MGSV trailers)
- Both have their fates massively manipulated by a sidekick who serves as triple agent figure, this sidekick's allegiances and motives are mysterious and he plays on both sides (CIADude/Ocelot) Furthermore, both met the "triple agent" character early in in their character arcs before the full-blown outbreak of insanity and the triple agent immediately took a liking to them to the point of copying their mannerisms and tactics
- Both are targeted by an international conspiracy who relentlessly hounds them and issues harsh ultimatums trying to force them to do something (Cipher/The Patriots trying to get Big Boss to ally with them, the Muslim Illuminati trying to get Jace to convert to Islam) In both cases, the protagonist rebels against the conspirators, who then serve as the primary antagonist
