Not exactly "fan made characters" per se but I've been working on hypothetical PokeDex entries for Sonichus by type.

Normal Type Sonichus and Rosechus: Strong against none, weak against Fighting, resisted by Rock and Steel, immune to Ghost, do not effect Ghost.

Pure normal type Sonichus and Rosechus are rare as it involves specifically breeding out the standard and otherwise omnipresent Electric typing. Almost never found in the wild, the majority of Normal types in the Pokémon fighting circuits come from specific breeders. Among the few souls brave enough to try to train Sonichus Normal types are fairly popular as it takes advantage of their momentous speed graced upon their species by Sonic without having the extra elemental baggage. Males are purple with teal stripes and females are pale yellow with purple stripes; make sure to not confuse them with male Electric types, which have brown stripes.

It's been a few years since I've last posted my Sonichu FCs. They needed a bit of a do-over:

From left to right, descending:

Penelope: The hedgehog-bulbasaur. She's a communal gardener that also maintains her own little flower garden of sorts in her apartment as a hobby. Girlfriend of Jiotilla.

Hreghen: The pyroar traceuse. She prefers to entertain crowds with her parkour skills, but more often than not has to rely on less than savoury contracts such as robbery to keep enough money coming in.

Lucinda: The wingull fisherwoman. She lives on a small boathouse on a giant lake, where she's able to catch fish and sell them to local grocery stores.

Ryland: The deino McDonald's cashier. He may not be living the dream right now, but he aspires to get into an emo band one day as a guitarist. Has rung up the order of Christine herself a few times.

Jiotilla: The cacturne-rattlesnake cigarette dealer. He sticks to selling tobacco instead of drugs as a principle and used to sell alcohol (doesn't sell it anymore due to alcohol being accepted; he wasn't too happy about it, as he made good money from smuggling liquor into CWCville for its citizens).

When CWCville isn't under attack for a few measly consecutive hours, and the two lovebirds aren't on a date, these five get together for a night on the town and catch up with each other.

Tairisu (left) and Blitz (right). I know this here is a WIP and that the latter is more of a Sonic OC than a Sonichu OC due to the yellow recoloring of streaks (already premade) and eyes (will do eventually to fix the problem). #yellowisamellowcolor

The former right here is PERFECT! I gave you a combo of Tails and Pachirisu. His name is Tairisu. Electric type? Check! Flying type was automatically on due to just the two tails. I gave him ice powers as a bonus typed Pokemon because he can breathe ice like Blossom did from PPG.

Sorry, I haven't colored in the characters yet. Time will tell. Forgive me if I broke a promise you all made last year. I will scan in high quality once when it's totally done away with.

anyway ten years ago it was very in vogue to try to actively fuck with chris. there was also a meme going around where you'd recommend a certain controversial hentai when someone wanted anime recommendations.
so here's my very special boy that i tried to send to chris with a throwaway email that was called like sonichugirl93 or something in hopes i could seduce chris with my boyfriend-free girl status and get my sonichu in the comic (obviously it didn't work).
the original art has been lost to the ages but i was reading classic chris cwcki articles and feeling nostalgic and whipped together a drawing of my Totes Epic Troll fan character

1., Sonichu designs tend to be simple in nature. They're good for getting oneself out of an art block (to me at least) and 2., why not? They're out of Chris's reach in this thread, contained where they can't be turned into boring, poorly drawn cardboard cutouts by him.
