You know how it is. You get word of a game you really want coming out and suddenly you want to shout it from the rooftops. Maybe it's from a franchise, maybe it's an indie title, maybe it's a vintage game getting re-released. Or hell, maybe you want to freak out about a new console. This is the thread for that.

I'll start.

This site was recently registered by Bethesda and features the script "fallout.css"... if this is an announcement for Fallout 4 I will be insanely happy and will not shut up about my hopes for it until it's released. Fallout 3 was my first open world game so I have a stupid level of fondness for this franchise (although I never really got into New Vegas which makes me disappoint). But yes. I'm going to be dying for December 11th now.

When I saw this I was really skeptical. Mostly because Bethesda is no stranger to mass hype. They had public advertising for f3. With this the title of the site makes it sound like a fallout miniseries. I currently have mad, MAD hype for Final Fantasy XV and Metal Gear Solid V. The announce of Ground Zeroes has revved my hype for the latter up again, and XV I've honestly been hyped for since it was announced back in '06. Kojima and Nomura are both pushing the boundaries, IMO, with these games, and so far they're looking like everything I've hoped for them to be.

I'm a Castlevania nut. I'm pretty stoked for Lords of Shadow 2. I'm asking for preorders for both LoS2 and Metal Gear Solid V for Christmas.

Anyone else think Watch_Dogs looks pretty kickass? Also, I'm not really fanboying over it, but I think Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII looks pretty interesting.

Other than that, I'm not really super pumped about anything. I've got zero interest in the PS4 or Xbone, and while I'm curious about the Wii U, I'm not buying it any time soon.

The Boston rumour was a hoax, someone claimed a "friend" at Bethesda told them about it and then admitted making it up. Erik Dellems also has said his comment didn't mean anything.

Unless they make a remake or sequel to arcanum or planescape torment I doubt I will get a fantasy anytime soon. I am looking forward to metal gear solid 5, Kojima is one of the very few big time japanese game writers that hasn't lost his fucking mind (and doubt he ever will). Although I hate to say it the one part I'm not looking forward to metal gear solid 5 is DSP making a lets play for it.

There is Torment: Tides of Numenara coming out.

It's being designed by a lot of the same developers as Arcanum and Planescape like Chris Avellone and Brian Fargo. They tried to get Wizards of the Coast to agree to make another Planescape game but they said no, so they had to use a different setting to make the game.

I don't watch al ot of the "How you DON'T play" videos but I would like to watch that. One other game I forgot to mention is South Park: The Stick of Truth. I have interest in playing the game when it comes out, especially since the show's creators have involvement with the game and its being developed by Obsidian (Makers of Fallout New Vegas, Neverwinter Nights 2, and Alpha Protocol). One other game that I really can't believe I forgot to mention is Dark Souls II. I'm a fan of From Software thanks to their Soul games, Armored Core series, and King's Field: The Ancient City. I can't wait to get my hands on the sequel.
