Obviously, that's the intended purpose of the media, no questions from me here on that. However, "it's fucking gross" is not and will never be a good reason to ban a page on any topic on ATT unless it falls outside our site mission or violates the law.

For the record, I've played and even reviewed a few hentai games myself, and if you'd like to see my work, my edits are on public record, knock yourself out, and we have a rule of iron for works like that:

Both are legal to dicuss as tropable media, so they will be discussed, keeping within site rules and legal limits. I decided to take a look at the DBZ fanon wiki and I finally realized that nothing on these wikis is actually fanon. Fanon is supposed to be ideas that aren't canon, but widely agreed upon by fans or common in fan works. These wikis are just dumping grounds for people's fanfics and OCs.

They're all called fanon wikis because I believe the first one was the Star Wars Fanon Wiki (I'm not sure if there were earlier fanon wikis). On Wookieepedia, at the time there was a lot of people who were banned for posting fanfic content into articles, which Wookieepedia lumped under the term "fanon", so I guess that's why he called the wiki that. Other fanon wikis like Halo Fanon popped up before long, and it seems the term "fanon" on Wikia has morphed into another term for fan-fiction (but in a Wikipedia-knockoff format). And eventually no one really cared enough to change the names, as aware as they were they were posting fanfiction.

I don't know much about Fluffybooru (I know roughly what it is and don't honestly need to know any more) but I feel like some of this stuff is more screwed up than that. The character Ireallyloveto Abuseinnocentkids is supposed to be imagined as a real person. The adopted Japanese children responsible for ganging up and assaulting another adopted Japanese child, breaking four of his bones, are someone's actual detailed creations. Which they wrote for fun, and not in the context of a story to make some kind of point about how bullying is bad.

I don’t think I, as an aspiring writer of the horror genre, can come up with anything this macabre, this vile, this despicable. I’m the kind of guy who walks around my college campus, discussing grisly crime scene details into an RCA handheld voice recorder. I’m the kind of guy who can get into the heads of my characters. Even the serial killers. It’s ugly, but I guess it’s necessary if you want to achieve verisimilitude. The point I’m trying to make is that there’s a good line between reality and fiction. For me, the suffering that the victims of my killers endure is unbearable, and keeps me up nights. For these psychopaths, writing fictional acts of sadism on innocents may be a pragmatic means of unleashing otherwise socially unacceptable behavior, or worse, warm-up sessions for real world carnage. The scary thing is the ambiguity. For all we know, this could be the work of a really good troll. Still, great find, OP. Keep us posted.

Not gonna lie, I actually kind of enjoy reading these things and I'm glad the thread on them is getting active again.

Don't get me wrong, they're all autistic and weird as hell and a lot of the wikis and their articles are downright awful.

Yet I still can't help but admire the sheer amount of autistic dedication to some of these things, no matter how ridiculous or unrealistic they may be.
