I haven't read all 500+ pages of this thread so this question might be a bit redundant but do we have a body count on Fat Acceptance yet? Like a list of advocates who ended up dying from health complications? I get that a lot of these uber progressive types are rich so they can afford to pay doctors to keep them alive when they should have died a million times by now but there must be some dead ones to use as examples of why this shit is one of the worst ideas humankind has ever come up with.
Fat Heffalump broke her ankle in her late 30s and was basically immobile for the better part of a year back in 2017. That started the process of getting her off the FA Internet, as she was so defensive about it and didn't want to hear it had anything to do with being 400lbs. She's basically resigned to the random FB post once and awhile now. She gave up her blog.
Another middle aged one "living400lbs" has a host of health problems and had a genuinely sad post the other year about how in her early 50s, at nearly 400lbs, and with serious mobility and other issues it's "too late" for her. She posts once in a great while now about her various health issues but is mostly just a bitter tweeter at this point.
There's a few more now middle aged ones that have given it up Like Leslie Kinzel.
In general being an FA is only something young people in their 20s and 30s embrace. Most of the ones that are now in middle age give up that HAES is a thing and that FA is healthy and just transition into general SJW bloggers and the like. The fat basic bitch Lindy West launched an entire career on being a bitter fat single woman but now only tangentially does FA stuff. Lindy is HUGE (that's her on the left) and will start to decline in health as she enters middle age.
