A lot of these people end up with something called dumping syndrome because they keep their bad habits and have less stomach. This is a pretty miserable thing that involves undigested food being dumped into the small intestine where it shouldn't be and violent diarrhea. It can also make diabetes worse. What I don't get about a lot of these people is they seem to think the surgery on its own will make you lose weight, not that it's a way to make it easier to lose weight by almost forcing you to eat less. I mean, some people eat more after surgery because they think the bypass will actually suddenly make their food both healthier and will bypass thousands of calories. Why do they ignore facts so much even when they are trying to lose weight?
Fuck fat fuckers.
