I have been doing a lot of praying last week into this week. I have prayed for forgiveness for walking away. I believe it's a sin. But I also believe in forgiveness as I forgive everyone in my path who I've ever been hurt by. Someone in the comments on YouTube told others not to bother with me and my page because was delusional and wanted it all. Unicorns and rainbows or something to that effect and I'm thinking what's wrong with that? I'm not unreasonable by ANY means whatsoever. Every woman should know their worth and know what they want. Im learning that I should be assertive and speak of the things I want. Not material things of course, (that's not who I am) but simple things that one does to keep someone interested and loved. When you stop hugging or kissing someone for years that person who is lacking in affection suffers. Im a very affectionate person. People love to discuss our lives but they really don't know what happens behind closed doors; therefore they shouldn't be so judgie.
I know that God didn't put me in Eric's path for nothing. I know that there was a reason we met, loved and became best friends over our years together. And I believe that the things that have happened this far were meant to happen exactly how they have, for growth, and change for the better. In this life I think you have to follow your intuition. Your gut, heart and mind. They won't misguide you. Why else would our conscience be so loud? Why would we feel ill right before something terrible is about to happen, or butterflies when something exciting is happening before you even know its about to take place? Those things I believe come from a higher power who is guiding you. I may sound absolutely bonkers and thats possible but I don't think so. Intuitive maybe. I literally hate that I'm hurting Eric because no one deserves to feel broken. It hurts me to hurt him. I miss him because he is the person I'm used to spending ALL my time with but I have missed me more.
My hope is that someday soon he will see that this decision is what is best for both of us because I know that there is someone out there that is better for him. That person isn't me. I'm not good for anyone right now. I have a lot of work to do on myself to get me where I need to be by societies standards and my own. He does as well. Change is never easy but its necessary in life for growth. I don't know I may be starting to sound like a hallmark card but the things I'm saying I truly feel.

Here it is. In the last paragraph she says she's filing for divorce.
Eric is a shit partner, and a shit human being, and I can't imagine having to deal with him is easy or pleasant. But Angie is a money hungry attention whore, and I'm sure most of this divorce has to do with her realizing Eric is never going to be healthy enough to get a second bite at the Fat Forest Gump apple. She did okay with Eric though... she got a lot more attention and press than an obese, unattractive, unintelligent slut usually would.
Okay, holy fuck. There have been a lot of twists and turns in this saga, but here's one that I absolutely did not expect.
Eric bought a fucking house:
He uploaded a ton of pictures that I don't feel like saving and reposting here, but needless to say the place is a total dump.
Once again, he has grossly overestimated his own abilities. The house needs a TON of work to bring it up to even extremely low standards of what's livable. "gonna take some elbow grease" is an incredible understatement.
In hindsight, as much as I didn't see this coming it makes perfect sense: I'm sure during their conversations leading up to their separation, Angie expressed frustration over the fact that they can't live together in a conventional adult arrangement as a normal husband and wife. This is clearly Eric's hail mary play to lure her back.
He's so completely fucked. This will be the thing that finally pushes him into bankruptcy. He has no idea what kind of mess he just got himself into.

He's going to die in this house. The floors are sagging to the point they're coming away from the bottom of the walls. The drywall is all destroyed. The ceiling has caved in in the kitchen, so it's safe to assume the roof is destroyed and the whole place is full of mold from old rainwater. It's FILTHY. There's no way the electricity in this place is up to any kind of code. This isn't a "new coat of paint and some carpets" issue. This is a "gut it to the frames and rebuild it" issue. He said he bought it from a real estate flipper for "less than a new car", but he has no idea how expensive this work is going to be. They would have flipped it and sold it themselves if it was financially viable... but they didn't. He's screwed.

It's like the 'bike across America' scheme where he's trying to force himself to get fit by putting himself in these extreme situations where he (in theory) won't be able to just exist without effort. Except that once he's in those situations, he manages to scheme himself out of his original scheme using more social effort than the physical effort it would have taken to follow through.
He's probably going to resell it to another set of flippers at a loss or abandon it and make his parents foot the bill.

His arrogance is astonishing. I can understand how young people can get in over their heads with a project like this, but Eric is 46. He really should know better by now.
A healthy, capable, professional contractor with a diverse skillset can rarely do everything necessary for a home requiring such a comprehensive restoration, and even if they *could* it ends up taking an incredible amount of time because there are just so many jobs that need juggled when the house is in such poor condition. This is why you usually see fairly large teams tackling jobs like this.
Hiring contractors is NOT cheap. I hope whatever loan he did find was for tens of thousands more than the sale price of the house, because he's going to need every penny.

If I were aNgie (shudder), seeing those pictures would seal the deal on my resolve to divorce this mess. Someone please convince Eric to start posting content showing his DIY house reno efforts. We deserve it!

I especially like the one with the fully-loaded fly paper, next to the kitchen with the collapsing ceiling, next to the back door with cracks so big that you can see daylight through them.
Eric’s “nothing a lick of paint won’t fix” attitude is amazing and should be encouraged.
Eric almost certainly didn't take them. There's at least one reflection of a photographer in a mirror. It's not Eric.
If he actually tries to fix this himself, it'll be a race between his lower back, his heart, and his inability to heal from injuries to see which one can kill him first.
But of course he won't. He'll try to con other people into paying for him to hire people to do it. Then he'll take credit for all of their work. Or he'll just shit his pants and do nothing.
In the end, he'll realize he was probably better off buying a nicer house in decent condition than just buying the first flipper house for pennies on the dollar and realizing he's going to be spending far more money that he doesn't have just getting it into tolerable shape.
Or he simply won't live long enough to have that epiphany.
And why is there a bookcase in the kitchen?
Storage maybe? There only seem to be 2 cabinets, unless there were more and the ceiling took them out when it caved in. My question is more about the mix and match flooring, and the insane paint colors and wallpaper choices. There must be a school of design people who live in abject squalor follow, because Musty Ray has done the same thing with her decrepit shit shack.
I think it's a pretty common poverty thing. Slap up some bright "cheery" colors out of some vain hope that it will make the place look like less of a dated, dilapidated shithole. Of course, this could be reading into it too far and the real answer could just be that poor people who live in squalor tend to have bad taste and an affinity for garish things.
That’s not mix and match flooring. There’s NO flooring, that’s all just subfloor. The boards are original subfloor, the plywood is a patch, probably over places the original boards rotted or otherwise were damaged. You’d install finish-grade wood/tile/carpet over this. It was probably carpeted and they tore it out because it was full of filth and animal shit.
As for the colors, that’s just something cracker trash, beaner trash, and niggo trash all have in common...choosing horrible garish colors to paint their rooms.
Even by dump standards, this place is an exceptional dump. I can only imagine all the vermin lurking in the walls.
This house in Danville is as bad as Eric’s and sold for under $60k. I’d love to know how much Eric’s parents paid for his.
