Here's a listing for the shitbox he bought. It's 728 sq feet and cost under 20k.

eta:

This is interesting. I wonder if he purchased it for $1800 and then "sold" it to his parents for 20k and they're letting him live there. It would explain how he's been able to afford new toys, another shitty vehicle, and the money for repairs he's been struggling to do.

Looking back on the last few pages of this thread to jog my memory, he was working on the place back in October of last year. If he already owned it, sold it and is still living there than he definitely sold it to a friend or family member who is still letting him live there.

Either that or he never changed his legal address.

Dagny Kight (or whatever she is calling herself these days, if she is even still alive) helped set up a lot of Eric's interview while pretending to be a "hater". "Hater" in fact was a term she came up with to help Eric along. She was probably his biggest enabler outside of his parents. After the first Dr Phil airing, her and Angie were outside smoking cigarettes together in celebration.
---I am indeed alive and Dagny Kight is my real name.

---I did not "set up" anything about Eric's interview but I did provide the Dr Phil show with many pages of information collected by the members of my former Facebook group that documented Eric's many failures and lies. I provided just about everything Dr. Phil showed on the big screens.

---It was an amazing coincidence that Eric and Angie came to my hometown when I happened to be visiting my parents. I went for my mother's birthday. That's how I could be so sure of when Eric was there. I did not attempt to "physically track" him as somebody claimed. I don't even know how anyone would do that. I did ask the Facebook group to let me know if he posted that he was anywhere in particular. Had the opportunity arose, I might have tried to surprise him. I might have seen what he REALLY ordered at a restaurant.

---I don't know how the show connected with Eric but Eric gave them my name. They sent me an email and a phone number. I called and the following weekend I was whisked off to Los Angeles and put up at the Loews by Hollywood and Highland. I was told Eric and Angie were at a different hotel. I never saw them until I was brought onstage. A wardrobe person rejected my outfit and dressed me completely and wouldn't even let me wear my own shoes. They even tried to get me to not wear my glasses. I was extremely uncomfortable and freezing cold. My feet couldn't touch anything and I spent the whole show feeling like I was going to fall off the chair. From where they set me on the stage, I could see all of Dr. Phil's notes. After the show, I was harassed and threatened by someone the show used as a kind of social media influencer. She was part of a group who saw the live feed of the show's taping for the purpose of sparking social media interest. I sent her threats to a show producer and she disappeared! That one incident was the only fallout I experienced from having been on the show though I did get recognized a few times and got emails from men who claimed they wanted to meet me. I didn't respond.

---After the show, I came downstairs before I was supposed to and ran into Eric and Angie. Angie told me she wanted to beat me up but didn't think it was worth getting arrested for. She then went outside to smoke by herself. I was put into a limo and driven to the airport directly from the show. Angie is even creepier looking in person that she is in photos.

---I first contacted Eric before he got Internet famous. At the time, his cell phone number was on his website. I called him, he answered. I was consulting to a specialty weight loss gym in Chicago. A member who had lost some 300 pounds had ridden a bike across the country. The gym owner paid for the trip but it was not used for promotion in any way. I did offer to help Eric by suggesting he might want to talk with the member who had made the cross-country trip. He told me there was nothing impressive about losing the weight first. I was genuinely concerned that Eric was risking his life out on the road alone, woefully unprepared. After our phone conversation, he went on Facebook and trashed me with claims that I was trying to use him to promote the gym I was working for.

---I didn't "pretend" to be a hater, I was an actual hater. QUEEN HATER as far as Eric was concerned.

---The only way I might have remotely been an "enabler" could be how my Facebook group ended up being a way Eric could try to portray himself as an attacked and maligned victim and garner more sympathy among the morons who thought he was some "inspiration."

---I am honestly shocked the man is still alive.

Do your glasses have an anti-glare finish?

Also what’s the deal with the trademarks for FGAA?
The Dr. Phil show wanted to change EVERYTHING. They didn't even like my shoes and I had to wear tight, uncomfortable shoes on the show. I had to tell them I would feel disoriented without glasses on and I refused to not wear them. They do a lot that seems intended to throw you off.

I set up a CafePress account to make funny teeshirts for my Facebook group. I still have mine. About 20 people got one. I hadn't publicized them beyond my group but Larry Landsman found out and filed a trademark violation against me on CafePress. I searched for this trademark he claimed had been violated and found it didn't exist so I filed an application for it. I never spent more than filing fees and did everything myself. It was very easy.

Eric started posting that I was trying to "steal" something he never owned. Once I started the filing process, Larry Landsman had to deal with the USPTO and filed an extensive "Letter of Protest" consisting of practically everything that had ever appeared about Eric online. But no actual trademark filing. The USPTO moves very slowly. Each round of reviews takes six months so I responded to Larry's filings right before each deadline. My response was always the same---They'd had years to file a trademark and failed to do so. Even after Eric went online claiming he was "making it official," he never did. It took about two years to go through the entire process with the USPTO deciding there "could be potential confusion." The trademark remains "abandoned" and Eric never did come up with $225 to "make it official."

Eric's website is still up but it's Squarespace. It's about $144/year. I wonder who paid for it and when the payments will stop.

Do your glasses have anti-glare lenses?

As for the trademark, that’s interesting. As you say, the process seems pretty easy and straightforward, but that was with a lawyer you paid thousands of dollars to process it (per the recording of you discussing the matter in the FB hater group). I doubt Eric had the funds to pay the filing fees, much less a trademark lawyer.

Which reminds me of something else from the recordings. Did Eric ever figure out who was calling him from the Google Voice number multiple times a day for over a year? Assuming you stopped at some point since 2016 but curious if he ever worked it out. Did he threaten you over it? I remember you deleting the hater FB group out of the blue and wondered if Eric had somehow gotten hold of the recordings and was threatening you. I wouldn’t put it past him or aNgie to go to the cops over some junior high shit like anonymous calls and texts.

Lights in the studio were all overhead; glare was not an issue. I brought a few pairs of glasses with me to the show. They didn't want me to wear glasses. They wouldn't even let me wear my shoes---Cole Haan loafers in black with white trim. They made me wear shoes that were too tight. I hated the clothes they put me in and how my hair felt like a pile of stone on my head.

---I paid only the USPTO filing fee and filled out the forms myself. It only cost about $200. A few bucks for me; four or five DJ gigs for Eric. I responded to all of Larry Landsman's complaint filings myself. The application is still online as "abandoned," the USPTO's euphemism for "declined" I guess.
---I have no idea what recordings you are talking about. I made a bunch of YouTube videos where I did dramatic readings of Facebook posts by Eric, Angie, and various Care Bears. They're still online! I haven't looked at them in years. Other people sent me videos they made as well. One woman who made a video later decided she disagreed with me about something so to get back at me she filed "copyright infringement" against me on YouTube even though she had sent me the video herself. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoC5QhhofsJLfDTlwysGM-g
---I made a video that I put on a website I made using a domain name I already had. Many people have tried to use that site to claim I went to some great deal of effort and time but a simple site like that takes me no time at all and I have hosting space to spare.
---So are there some kind of recordings that are supposedly me talking?

Did Eric ever figure out who was calling him from the Google Voice number multiple times a day for over a year?
How is it I've never even heard of that?? Eric accused me of a lot of crazy things but being a phone stalker isn't one of them. At the time that I called him, he had not hidden his contact information on the Squarespace account. I was at the gym where I was consulting, showing Eric's website to my colleague when he found the phone number. We decided to call right then and Eric answered! He was still in Tiverton at the time. I assume he was always ready and waiting for reporters to call.

I remember you deleting the hater FB group out of the blue
An entire folklore had developed around me and it was getting too stupid. I weighed handing the group over to someone else or shutting it down and chose the latter. The last straw was when some random guy posted on Eric's page that I lived on disability and had weight loss surgery on Medicare (likely confusing it with Medicaid). The consensus in my group was that if it were true, it was OK! I couldn't believe that not a single person questioned how this idiot could know personal medical and financial information about me besides the fact that I was a decade too young for Medicare.
---I actually still have the entire group, intact, and all materials associated with it. When I tried to shut it down, I found that every member would have to be removed and that would have taken forever so I simply unpublished the group. It's still in my Facebook account and I could look at it anytime. I see it listed in my groups but I haven't clicked on it in ages.

...wondered if Eric had somehow gotten hold of the recordings and was threatening you
---I'd really like to know what this is about! Is somebody claiming there were secret recordings? Like SOOPER SEKRIT?? If somebody made fake recordings of me, I'm sorry I missed it! That would have been very entertaining, I'm sure! There were two guys who seemed to have particular issues with me. Maybe one of them pulled some crazy shit? One of them emailed me from different fake addresses many, many times for MONTHS. The other guy claimed I'd accused him of sending the emails but I did not as I always knew who it was. Most of the shit claimed about me was just stupid and I thought it was funny but eventually I just got tired of how seriously other people took it.
