Looking back on the last few pages of this thread to jog my memory, he was working on the place back in October of last year. If he already owned it, sold it and is still living there than he definitely sold it to a friend or family member who is still letting him live there.Angie Marie has served Eric with divorce papers.
Here's a listing for the shitbox he bought. It's 728 sq feet and cost under 20k.
This is interesting. I wonder if he purchased it for $1800 and then "sold" it to his parents for 20k and they're letting him live there. It would explain how he's been able to afford new toys, another shitty vehicle, and the money for repairs he's been struggling to do.

---I am indeed alive and Dagny Kight is my real name.Dagny Kight (or whatever she is calling herself these days, if she is even still alive) helped set up a lot of Eric's interview while pretending to be a "hater". "Hater" in fact was a term she came up with to help Eric along. She was probably his biggest enabler outside of his parents. After the first Dr Phil airing, her and Angie were outside smoking cigarettes together in celebration.
The Dr. Phil show wanted to change EVERYTHING. They didn't even like my shoes and I had to wear tight, uncomfortable shoes on the show. I had to tell them I would feel disoriented without glasses on and I refused to not wear them. They do a lot that seems intended to throw you off.Do your glasses have an anti-glare finish?
Also what’s the deal with the trademarks for FGAA?

Lights in the studio were all overhead; glare was not an issue. I brought a few pairs of glasses with me to the show. They didn't want me to wear glasses. They wouldn't even let me wear my shoes---Cole Haan loafers in black with white trim. They made me wear shoes that were too tight. I hated the clothes they put me in and how my hair felt like a pile of stone on my head.Do your glasses have anti-glare lenses?
As for the trademark, that’s interesting. As you say, the process seems pretty easy and straightforward, but that was with a lawyer you paid thousands of dollars to process it (per the recording of you discussing the matter in the FB hater group). I doubt Eric had the funds to pay the filing fees, much less a trademark lawyer.
Which reminds me of something else from the recordings. Did Eric ever figure out who was calling him from the Google Voice number multiple times a day for over a year? Assuming you stopped at some point since 2016 but curious if he ever worked it out. Did he threaten you over it? I remember you deleting the hater FB group out of the blue and wondered if Eric had somehow gotten hold of the recordings and was threatening you. I wouldn’t put it past him or aNgie to go to the cops over some junior high shit like anonymous calls and texts.
