For those who expected playing third wheel with angry manjew and Caren, Nasu decide in his infinite wisdom to not give any line to Caren about him, his excuse is that he want their relationship to be HA only, in reality Sony forced his hand to make her waifuable instead of cucking any person that get her, why is that? because the bond ce of manjew mention her in a very roundabout way

Big issue with rulers is that they're a defensive class in a meta dependent on high DPS. The only thing they're strong against will never appear as a common mob, so any Ruler that has an AOE NP Is shooting a lot of blanks without a lot of support. More support than you'd need choosing something strong against the enemy.
Basically they need a pretty strong gimmick. You're never gonna pull one out just for their resistances. Reflects poorly on the class as a whole.

Is worse when you can do tons of neat stuff with Avengers, but Rulers? good luck turtling because that's their Main gimmick, do Merlin-Gorgon-Waver and laugh at enemies dying by blast after blast of NPs and Curse stacking

Oh, this hell has its own thread? I run a NA and a JP account which are thankfully successful. It's too bad my favorite character is subjected to fujoshits and actual homos, so I really try to avoid communities for the game.

I like that idea, but I'm also saving for Christmas, so I can't use very much.
If you get her you will get a tank that can literally crack 50k hp when her first skill hit maximum and every time she activate it she gain a NP def boost so when the computer is going to shot you the thing does absolutely nothing to her, and when it hit max you trigger her second skill, heal completely and repeat the process again. during the foreigner war(?) event mine literally solo all the versions of Van gogh without breaking a sweat
She is also a very efficient qp farmer because her np animation is not to long

But yes. I have my own Protea maxed. Very much worth the investment. She also has a, what, 200% NP battery with her second skill? It's too bad she can only hold 100% at NP1. Only 5* servant I've wanted more copies of. She's worth a roll or two.
