Her 2nd skill isn't a taunt. It's the reverse, it applies to everyone but her, like an untargetable version of Emiya Assassin's move. Still dumb though.

A support keeping heat off themselves isn't the worst idea. And if you used her NP afterwards then whoever steps in would have the heat off of them too. But again, the cost of using nearly all her moves and her NP ruins any niche strategy you could wring out of that.
