Favorite Alcohol/Food Combo -

Mostly drink beer exclusively, so the beer and pizza combo is great. I did have Augustiner Lager with an Italian-sausage-heavy pasta once in Europe that was sexy as fuck (was too drunk to remember the exact pasta sadly). 10/10, would do again.

Not sure if this counts, but on the rare occasions that I make milkshakes, I like adding Kahlua so I get my alcohol mixed up with my dessert in one go.

Linguine alle vongole with a young bianco, or, as someone else said earlier, steak and bourbon.

Rum drenched tiramisu. Those ladies fingers have to be soaked like a sponge with rum. Lots of dark chocolate too

Any real Mexican or Tex-Mex with this beer, though keep in mind it's a seasonal (May-June iirc).
