They do. That's why in a lot of states there's casinos on indian reservations. In fact it's a really big sticking point in Oklahoma right now because there was a 10 year exclusivity agreement between the tribes and the state where the Indians would pay a 5% tax on all gambling on their territory to the state and in return the state would keep gambling illegal, but now it's expiring and the governor is threatening to legalize gambling if the Indians don't start paying 15%.

This is totally fair by the way, because the initial tax was supposed to be 15% but they agreed on 5% and the extra money was supposed to go to actually building the casinos, but the cunt Indians are reneging on the agreement saying "lmao the increase to 15% was just a verbal agreement it wasn't in the treaty lmao."
