The best football game ever is and forever will be NFL Street 2.

My favorite was one of the old Genesis era releases... where you had a solid 3-4 seconds after the whistle to get to full speed and blow out the quarterback after the play... I think that was the same Madden release where after an injury an ambulance would drive onto the field and plow over any player model in it's way en route to the injured player. Simpler times.
