Listen to the song Burial took this line from and you'll be amazed at what he did to the sample, and at the context he put it in. He took a happy, romantic lyric and warped it into a depressed, nostalgic and maybe even desperate bit of music that evokes strong feelings in just about everyone I've talked to about it.
