Very obviously, this is a bid to get people to close the CWCki. Chris doesn't forgive Megan (even though she hasn't done anything) so really this is a thinly veiled "Please stop talking about me!!!"

Yeah that isn't the important question. The question is if Megan forgives Chris. Also didn't we get this a month ago?
Ah typical chris remorse, he tries to show he's a good person by "forgiving" Megan even though she did nothing to hurt him (he must have finally found out how much those DVDs are actually worth), and at the same time he wants the trolls to leave him alone (even though he hasn't been harassed by the twollies, except the occasional dipshit ween).
Chris is kind of like North Korea if North Korea was a person. He tries to paint this perfect image of himself, yet when any major problems are addressed, he sensors it as much as he can.
I hope one of his Facebook friends decides to actually address the fact that Barbara is infected, and see how he responds to that. Chris is still obsessing over trying to get Megan's China.
On another note I hope that person also brings it up when Anna's trying to give Chris his usual ass pat.
One more note, I think this is beginning to all go back to the fact he doesn't have a PS4 nor can he afford one yet. The Sailor Moon DVDs that Megan supposedly has around $600 I think, so she might be interested in selling those to get his PS4

Yeah, it seems he's repeating the idea in this update. I really don't think he has any coping mechanisms for dealing with this stuff other than just throwing out petty thanks and forgiveness. This is an old theme, too. There's a video from years ago where he tries to usher in some magical forgiveness blessing, thinking that will end people's fascination with him.DrChristianTroy said:

Eh, there's reason for him to believe his old highschool friends are dumping him over the Internet shenanigans -- because they are. I don't know if we can drop a specific email where this is the case, but you can take my word that it's happened at least once. I mean, this is still the least reasonable and effective approach possible to take to the issue, but he understands his past is following him. However, he doesn't want (or doesn't understand how) to take measures to separate himself from all of that.rocket said:

I like how he says don't judge him by what others have said or images showing what he has down. So what are we supposed to judge his character on? His actions? He looks pretty shitty from those for the most part.
Also I'd be a bit more forgiving if he apologized to Mimms. IDK maybe its reading he still gets messages last night but he deserves one too.

at least he was sort-of admitting to being in the wrong when he said "Megan, I'm sorry for hurting you" 36,000 times...
He'll "forgive" Megan a thousand times for crimes she never committed, but he'll never once say "I'm sorry" for the bad things he did to her.

Chris thinks that if he repeats something enough times it will make people believe it. He certainly makes himself believe it. I don't think he realizes that the majority of people, high school friends for hire and potential ground up sweethearts included, don't run on Chris Logic (or fall for it¹).

So, instead of engaging in any kind of self-reflection and growing from it, Chris is going to continue to not. get. it. and then wonder why his life doesn't turn around. I bet his high school friends are impressed as fuck by this.
