The thing is, the public library likely wasn't transphobic at all. It's the fact that ADF was clearly loitering off their free internet and was more than likely causing problems and/or was making people feel uncomfortable so they asked him to leave.

The way they asked him to leave was likely:
"Sir, we've had some complaints, I'm going to have to ask you to leave"

And Phil took that as, "OMG!! They mis-gendered me!! AND they are obviously transphobic and other things!!" instead of, "Oh...yeah. I reek and I totally just told a cis white man to go fuck himself...maybe I'm the problem here"

But seriously, I love how he thinks that a stray "one star" rating is going to adversely effect the organizations in question. Unless there's only three people rating this library then Phil's one-star won't cause much of a dent.

He seems to genuinely enjoy acting obnoxious because it gets him attention, and any attention is enough for Spuds. Getting told off for being an asshole also feeds into his persecution complex and he can twist this incidents around and sob about them on FB for asspats.

Nobody but Amy's Baking Company-tier loons gives a shit what some spastic says on Yelp enough to sue.

They might complain and have it deleted, though, if it's obviously a crank review, and if the site looks at a series of crazy reviews from some nut, they'll probably just kick his fat ass off the site.
