Intermittent Denial of Service attack is causing downtime. Looks like a kiddie 5 min rental. Looking into some solutions.

It was inevitable that the more 'successful' Chris was with sonichu the more likely he was to run a foul of IP law and the various policies derived from it.
It's probably worth reflecting that sonichu only exists as a way around such rules on the use of owned characters in a school project unfortunately, while chris's brilliant solution to the problem was adequate for a tard school project, the commercial world requires original characters to be original.
Of course if he had less pride he could claim it's satire a la Space Balls but that's waaayyy beyond what Chris is capable of.

As a self published author who makes their living on Amazon, Chris is going to have a bad time.
If the automated bots don't take him down (they spider the net, too much of his content will trigger then I imagine... Or maybe not because they're images? I dunno), then the reporting from weens certainly will. Amazon has been cracking down on this shit for years, including people scraping Wikipedia, saving it as images to defeat their bots (doesn't work).
In any event it will take three months before Chris sees his first payment, and his account will probably be suspended by then by weens, so the likelihood of him getting anything is pretty slim.
But Chris has a knack for slipping through the cracks. If he does, well, hooray.

If Chirs states a claim that the work is parody; he could get his account back since it may be considered legal for Chris to continue Sonichu merchandise

This is something Chris will probably not win. I don't think he could articulate it to someone as it being a parody-- since he is very passionate that it's his own 'original' electric hedgehog pokemon. I think he would consider the parody option as something that would be insulting to his creative genius.
I think it would be a cold day in Hell before Chris even considers changing Sonichu into like-- I dunno, a yellow cat with electric magic named "Sonchu" with other multicolored cats. Probably would make his life easier though

Nah, he's called it a parody several times in the past when people claimed he couldn't make Sonichu. In the old days it was his go-to response. I think @Alec Benson Leary used that same parody tactic against Chris when he got pissed about Asperchu.

I think Chris can either try a 50 Shades of Grey approach to strip away all of the owned characters--which he has been gradually doing, albeit never confronting the titular character, or double down on why his work is a Parody / Satire.
I actually think that the first approach may well be what happens. Chris goes full original and decides that C2 Super is actually the main character [Which he is], and then just renames and slightly repatterns the characters. He switches it to Accler-dog and friends, and takes full ownership of it all. This would be a large shift; Chris has done okay with coding real world people into acceptable comic characters, but this means striking down "-Chu" and likely the hedgehog design of his characters, and he's never going to have the grace of ignorance again--this fight will continue. SEGA has no real reason to be nice to him, either, and if they want to shut down Sonichu, they can.

Lulu's people are unreasonable and discriminating against autistic LBQT people because they are not willing to ignore reality and risk getting sued by a thousand different companies just for Chris and Chris only.
This reminds me of something Marvin said some time ago, that Chris justifies everything based on feelings. Sonichu "feels right" to him, so there is no way to get through his balding head that Sonichu is pretty much the definition of unsellable (legality-wise, quality-wise is a whole other problem). Fuck reality.
