The house has no plumbing, no electric wiring, no hot water heater/furnace/air conditioning installed, no walls, no insulation, no ducting of any type, no fixtures of any type, and the flooring is still bare plywood.
It's literally just the naked 2X4 framing with bare concrete on the lower floor and plywood for the upper floor. Does that sound like it will be livable by Christmas?

Do we know if Charb has been back to 14 BC since the fire? Do they know anything about it's condition right now? Or are the builders just saying "Fuck it, close enough," and letting them back in?
Is the house safe? Like, I mean, I know it at least has the outside walls repaired, but will they have heat/running water/food storage in time?
