So essentially anyone who decides to make an effort to befriend a smelly autist with seaweed hair in public deserves to win some kind of award, oh Chris!

This 'people should socialise with me out of the blue offline but they don't befause society is so cruel and uncaring,' routine has been going on for so long now it's probably something Chris will never drop.

Chris is just a ball full of contradictions. He doesn't actually mean what he says he means, but he knows that if he said what he actually wanted to say, then he'd get in trouble again or told to apologize.

FreeTheNipple, for example, is "let females be nude but make men cover themselves completely because they make me uncomfortable". "I support the LGBT" means "I like lesbians and want them to have sex with me, so I'll say whatever I have to say to get in their good graces. I still hate men though."

In this instance, as it's been mentioned, he says people are becoming autistic with technology and are never going outside to explore their "portable dreams". But the truth is, Chris spends over 90% of his waking hours online or on a video game. Even when he's outside, he's on a video game.

Chris is very much a "do as I say, not as I do" type of person.

What's a portable dream?
An old old ooooold sony ad had this phrase in it. Because Chris is Chris, he's remembered it and assumes everyone else does to.

It's kinda like Chris's "poems" or "jokes" that make no sense to us but then Chris shows that there is some vague connection between one thing to the next. In this case, "portable dream" was used when Chris was trying to push the PS Vita or whatever it was a week ago.

So... he's telling people to pay more attention to real life and less to their screens by telling them to play psp? What?

Yeah, it doesn't make a lot of sense. But it's Chris. Once he gets stuck on a word or phrase, it's there for a while. He's STILL saying "bloody" for everything even though it's literally something he's never said or even heard before he started watching british shows earlier in 2015.

I think, with Chris, if a saying he said got a chuckle out of even one person (including himself) it's something he sticks with until he eventually forgets it or something else takes his place. Unfortunately, he doesn't always know what he's saying or what it actually means. Naive, for example, is a word that he just associates with badness; or someone called him humble and benevolent once in his mailbag and he freaked out because he "didn't know what the word meant" and "thus decided it wasn't nice".

Long story short, Chris doesn't know what a portable dream is, he just knows he heard it once, it sounded cool or he laughed at it, and now he's using it all the time assuming people instantly understand what he's getting at.... because autism.
