I would put nothing past Chris, but you never get to see other women's privates in ladies' restrooms, because it's all stalls. The only interactions with other women you don't know are while you're waiting for a free stall or sink.

There have been zero cases reported of rapists dressing as the opposite gender to sneak into bathrooms and rape people. Rapists who have raped people in bathrooms either just sneak into the opposite-gender bathroom in their customary attire or rape someone of the same gender in their mutual gender's bathroom.
I just imagine Chris sitting himself, wiping out dump from his panties in the women's room. When a woman walks in with a horrified look on her face and runs out. Chris stress sighs and thinks to himself... damn transphobe trolls.
Okay - I can see getting kicked out of the ladies' room, it's pretty obvious you have something down there that women don't have. But men's room - what the hell is he doing? It's not like he's using a urinal, Chris doesn't strike me as one who does for multiple reasons. I think he says he likes to pee sitting down, that's odd for a guy but it's not like guys like make eye contact with other men in the restroom. Is it just me or would most men not give a shit? I'd be like "Uh, okay, there's a guy in women's clothing here..." and be weirded out but go about my business. It's not like I'd be talking about there being a "dame in my crap shack."

Chris' wording is goofy and confusing. I think he's talking about transmen getting kicked out of the men's room. But like you say, I can't imagine men giving a shit about that.
People seem to care about transwomen using the women's bathroom a lot more than the opposite, transmen using the men's bathroom.

I swear at the end of every day, Chris sits down and mentally rearranges the events of the day to fit his fantasy world. I'm not a man nor have I ever used the men's room, but I think your right about men just assuming it's a guy in drag. Let's face it, Chris passes as a woman 0% so I don't anyone would actually mistake him for a woman using the men's room. True, there's always a chance that he'd encounter an incredibly homophobic person who might try and get a shove in or get aggressive, but chances are the worst thing that would happen is someone makes a crude comment. This is especially true if he only goes to the same places, and how often could he need to shit/piss in public anyway since he's not exactly known for spending an extended amount of time away from home.
I'm all for trans* women using the women's room even if they aren't completely passing, but, as I've said, I don't really know if Chris really understands what being a transwoman is so I don't know if I'd want him in the ladies' room (among other
related issues). But I guess if he's not being grossly offensive and is just in there to do his business then leave, I can't be outraged he wants to use the ladies' room.
I was under the impression that Chris had better control of his bowels these days? I thought the pants shitting that he's famous for was more of a thing during the "Golden Years" up through 2011.
I think that was more optimistic speculation on our part, I think it was started when he posted a selfie with a box of enemas in the background in it, he is less active and his diet hasn't changed so the problem is the same or possibly worse.

Chris has empathy? This is someone who pepper sprays people for no good reason, and couldn't care less if his cat died in a fire. Chris even told Renee to go die in a fire.
The closest I've seen to Chris having empathy for anyone was his reaction to Derpy in My Little Pony, and that's pretty weak.
