- There's no physicians signature on what is generally a single page letter of recommendation
- I've never seen a surgical recommendation letter that looks like a multi page psyche eval before

My uneducated guess is he had someone take him to a monthly therapy appointment (he does go to those right?) or something and had them give him an evaluation paper, he then took the paper on the way home and did this, trying to pass it off as a letter of recommendation for his fleshlight implant.

Also, is it really a "thing" that you need "x" amount of letters from professionals for a sex change? I just thought it needed to be signed off from a psychologist you have seen for "x" amount of years.

It's kind of amazing how he looked like he lost some weight in that one protest photo he took only for him to gain most of it back about two weeks later.

That's the War and Peace of referral letter if I ever see one. Doctors are busy; they just list the most succinct of info in their letters and tell the recipient to refer to case notes. Also the Lyon Martin Clinic doesn't know shit about him (apart from being a nutjob which had casused a rumpus there) so there is nothing to write about.
