I think it is one of those things WTJU is doing out of pity, they don't want to say 'no' saying its illegal as in any sort of sense they know it might be illegal for him to sell it, but they may or may not want a story where the RIAA sues some Autistic Tranny over it or something.

It is fully unfair and I am jealous that Chris has permission to sell these CDs.

Did anyone ever think to contact WTJU and inquire about their awareness of the CD sale? If they are in fact receiving a portion of the funds, logically they would want to tell you so, hoping it would encourage your purchase.
Chris really ought to be donating at least 50% to the radio station. I mean, they did make the product and all. Although, I don't really care if some grandson of a long-dead jazz artist doesn't get a few bucks royalty payments.

But I digress.

What does he mean by his "associates?"

I don't think that Fatty understands that the radio station doesn't have the copyright to all of the songs on these CDs, the original artists or their estates do. But then, when has the Autistic wonder ever demonstrated a working knowledge of US copyright law?
