It surprises me that Chris has enough 'fans' that he is still selling products from his little business ventures. I'm glad he's being slightly productive but how long has it been since he sold the first medallion or drawing? How many things has he actually sold? Surely there's only a few thousand people at most who follow CWC and only a fraction of those will buy his homemade merch, though clearly it was a good idea on Chris' part.
I thought he'd have given up on trying to sell the amiibos by now.
If Chris ever auctions off a pair of Barb's panties, I would make the first bid.

I wish Marvin or someone could explain Chris's logic regarding things that take more time or money to make like the amiibos and medallions when his photographs and commissions sold pretty well. Does he just see the bigger number enter his paypal account and assume it means more profit without doing the math? I wish someone close to him could convince him to do AMA video requests. Chris could make a few bucks off a minute or two of recording, no shipping fees, all profit.

I don't think so. It's just for the current deal. He's already made and packaged all the Amiibo and medallions, so he just wants to move these items. The next time he offers the medallions separately, he'll take commissions.
I wonder what Chris's reaction will be when the sales of these things finally slow and stop?

Didn't someone here say that he's shortchanging himself at a low price because he doesn't factor the cost of supplies used to make his stuff?
I would expect that being kinda niche, CWC's customer base will eventually reach a saturation point... I'm kinda surprised it hasn't happened yet. At that point, it'll be interesting to see what else he tries to market. He did detail the difficulty getting the more rare Amiibo for Angelica (and I'd think the interest outside of Sonichu and maybe Rosechu and Blake would be limited), etc. Maybe a smarter move would be to continue with custom medallions as long as they aren't potentially offensive (a minefield in today's age of Tumblrites, I know).
