Edit to add: Notice the re-issue date on that license - 7/19/2016. He thought he sprouted a vagina on the 15th, and must have said to himself, "Hmm, yeah, now that I am a woman, I need to have a new license that says so!"

I just do not know about life and reality any longer, Chris is obviously out of touch with reality and might have not had documentation to prove he was a "true and honest" trans womenz.
