Now, BMI doesn't account for things like muscle mass as a % of body weight, but somehow I don't think this applies here.

Sorry but no. He's closer to 300 than 200.

Personal insight, when I was in college I ate one big meal (usually a burrito) once a day for almost a year I also walked a couple miles a day. I lost almost 60 pounds in the first six months and was struggling to not lose more.

To get as fat as phil you have to eat a LOT of calories.

Also, he's claiming to be anorexic now? That might be good for him, maybe he'll cut back on the "self care."
