Barb is being reeled in for failing to pay her debts by yet another credit card company, Chris is having to pay fines for not keeping up to date with the licensing of his pets and oh yeah, Chris still has a massive gaping wound in his crotch area, yet Chris is more concerned with sitting around posting about television shows on Facebook. At this point his head couldn't get anymore buried in the sand.

His enjoyment of I Love Lucy has always amused me though. It's a show that is intended to cater to an older demographic and it's obviously something Barb and Bob watched as he was growing up.

Fun fact for those who are newer, when Jackie was getting him to make a 'funny,' video a day, one of the ones he made of his own initiative was him quoting this Youtube video. That's telling when it comes to showing how high a humorous pedestal he puts it on:

This, along with everything else that's come out in the last 24 hours, is why I wish this forum had ratings such as "wtf", "smack my face", "laughing my ass off", and "I just can't bare to look at anymore of this shit today". Just to name a few.

Well it is better than watching the Kardashians.

My point was not to to criticise "I Love Lucy". It is, however, a really old show, and regardless of how funny or witty (or not) it is, it is not something a person of Chris's generation would watch. This FB post highlights two things: 1. to what extent Chris is conditioned by television and 2. how strongly he's been influenced by his elderly parents and their taste in entertainment.
