So...what about sidewalks? Are they not things where Phil is?
I guess I was under the impression that cars belong on the road while bikes belong on the sidewalk or designated road area/zone. I just assumed people weren't dumb enough to think that driving your slow as fuck bicycle in the area where cars going 30+MPH was equitable in safety.

It depends where you are, some areas bikes are not allowed on the side walks since they travel so much faster than walking people.
Some area's have bike lanes on the roads others just deal with it. None of this matters since Phil can't ride a bike.
