As far as OPL is concerned, little Crystal is already growing inside Jessica's belly.
It's actually not too bad a drawing (except for the lolo ferarri boobs)
I think he did a decent job on the eyebrows and face, for Chris. I'm not sure why this person with modest cleavage somehow grew ginormous breasts in the picture, but Chris does the same thing to his Mary sue characters. There is no realization that women have curves--he is still drawing all the women of note in his comic like linebackers with large breasts.
Edit: Also the text in the background says "love wins" . Jessica posted a picture that said this on her Facebook.
