I doubt it's a real firearm. I've seen similar displays awarded to retiring soldiers and the weapons were all replicas.

Due to the photograph, I'm guessing this was a retirement gift for a police officer.

If it's real, only under very stringent conditions. I tried to sell a Megatron Pistol on eBay (exactly like the one Chris used to shoot the photo of Adam Stackhouse) and there were so many rules in place for even replica firearms that I decided not to do it.

That being said, there's a very good chance that this auction may get pulled.

On the back it says "Made in China". So I think this is some prop made in China about American police officers. To be honest I am scratching my head at what Chris is selling.

Ah, now I've looked at it harder. Everything is undersized, especially when compared to the Dasani bottle in the background.

This is the sort of thing I see on Hoarders all the time. They pick things out of the trash in hopes of selling it. Most of them don't actually ever get around to selling the trash, so at least Chris is a step ahead of the rest.

I just looked up the same item for sell on the Goodwill website. $10.00! And it looks in much better condition than Chris' item.
