Because he spent the money the second it appeared in his account
Exactly what I thought. Methinks it was used on Lego...

Course he did say at one time that some of the money was going to his mother/debt? He likes to show off his Lego but for some reason leaves the more important uses of his money out...

This is bullshit, he knows how paypal works. If the money is in his account, he can send it back to their paypal account by doing a transfer. He's aware of those as he was asking for people to donate money4legos just one month ago.

If the money is not accessible yet, as it can be held by paypal when you're selling, all he has to do is inform them. It's the simplest thing in the world to do.

What's actually going on is he's likely already blown his paypal funds; either on Lego or by transferring them to his account. He just doesn't want to go through the work necessary to provide his customers with a refund because it's a lot of work for him and he doesn't get a reward. In Chris's mind, I bet he feels this is way more of an inconvenience to him.

Pretty dick move, but it's Chris. Chris is a dick sometimes.

"Yeah sorry if you gave me money expecting to get a CD featuring my father and a bunch of interesting bands, but instead of giving back your money I'll just give you a picture of my face and something I scribbled with markers. Stressful week!!!!!"
