Apparently, BPS ran afoul of hate speech policies on YouTube.
This is bullshit, of course. Black Pigeon Speaks never says anything bigoted, even as a joke, and always backs up his arguments with facts and logic and evidence and reason and you know the drill by now. Black Pigeon Speaks makes a point to not speak "out of turn" (so to say) when he makes his videos, so to say that he's making hate speech is absurd.
As of now, four YouTube commentators, Dave Cullen, Carl Benjamin, Brittany Pettibone, and some random named Critical Condition have commented on this:

I am seriously thinking about completely cutting Youtube out of my life. Google has been consistently and unapologetically making the wrong moves. Alternatives exist. I think it's time to pull the plug.
FYI, Google has "sensitivity training", which basically means mandatory thought manipulation for all employees. If you are out of line, the Google Thought Police will be swift to deliver justice.
Google now bans channels that don't agree with the political views it's trying to push. It's disgusting, it's degrading, and it needs to stop. Boycotting doesn't sound like much, but it's not about that. It's not about punishing Google; it's about rewarding yourself, and not using this piece-of-shit, malware website (google.com and youtube.com).

BPS makes me very suspicious, I've watched him since basically the start and his production values were too good for somebody starting off with a crappy youtube channel in 2016. All those 3d renders of maps, weird panoramas of numerous world leaders/random people portraying them in very specific ways to evoke emotion and high quality, smooth animations. That's not to mention he did it weekly, even with sponsors and reusing assets I imagine he has to hire editors and buy new animation assets/pictures?
