Forgive me if this has been brought up elsewhere in this thread, but stuff like this often makes me wonder if the radical feminism of the mid-10’s that played a role in Gamergate was actually a major contributor to the current trans fad, at least on the MtF side of things.

Not saying I ever agreed with the anti-GG crowd by long shot, but I’ve always found it interesting that most of the AGP troons that now inhabit nerdy communities are almost the exact "sexually entitled misogynist" stereotype that they were accusing men in general of being. Like on some unconscious level, they knew that since popular opinion was siding with these women, they could save themselves by claiming that they, too, were women.

That's what I've been thinking too, especially since I noticed a huge surge in trannies right around 2014 when GG happened. I like to call it the Transplosion. Just look up a tranny's profile on some forum using the Wayback Machine, 2014-2015 is usually the point where they put pronouns in their sig/title/wherever or changed their gender listing to female.

To elaborate what I once said in the tranny thread and what other users have noticed themselves, the root of the troondemic, and almost all of our socioeconomic problems in general, is the fact that the western civilised world in this day and age bases its entire philosophy, politics and values on equality as the be-all-end-all (as opposed to stability or freedom on the political trichotomy, but that's another tale for another time). When equality becomes the cornerstone of your religious dogma, you'll find yourself in a position where you have no arguments for granting rights to some people, but denying them to others. You can't argue in favour of gender equality or gay rights, but exclude trannies out of this. If you believe that men and women are equal, you have no argument for why trans-women shouldn't be considered as real women.

This is also why you see people already advocating for giving children more rights, the attempted normalisation of paedophilia, granting voting rights to non-citizens and so on. It didn't end when workers were demanding rights, it didn't end when humanity as a whole fucked up by introducing universal suffrage, it didn't end when feminists were throwing their first tantrum, it didn't end with gay rights and it won't end with trannies. Mr. Bones' Progressive Ride never ends.

Will this all go away if we reinstated gender roles? What is your ideal solution to the troon problem?

Any answer to the tranny question is due to the above mentioned reasons impossible and purely theoretical. Feminism, troonism, race grifting and all that will continue as long as the government has the money to enable all of this. Theoretically though, there are two solutions, none of which most people are going to like.

One of them would indeed be a return to patriarchy, to shape society and laws in accordance to biological reality. That is only going to happen after a cataclysmic black swan event that changes the west's core value from equality to stability.

The other equally unpopular, if not more so, option would be to base the argument for women's (or anyone's) rights on freedom rather than equality, which understands that rights are inseparable from responsibilities. Women get the same rights, but also the same responsibilities and expectations as men. In practice it would mean no alimony, no child support, no family "courts", no gender quotas and no one having to listen to any whining about "toxic masculinity" or "fratboy culture". If you're a woman that lives in a shithole that still has conscription, you're in the army now. Women in such an alternate reality would be allowed to both succeed and fail at their own merits. If they can't compete with men on an equal playing field, they won't get any quotas, programs or gibs, but instead they'd be told to either get good or get back in the kitchen. To summarise: Society would, contrary to our timeline, treat women as actual adults instead of systematically infantilising them. In such a scenario you could have your cake and eat it too by giving women rights and not humouring trannies.

But as said, it is all purely theoretical and we live in a world under the Bacon Flag of Victory. For better, but mostly for worse.

What exactly have TERFs accomplished?

Nothing from what I've seen and they probably never will at the end of the story. TERFs are, as far as I'm concerned, the female equivalent of MRAs: Fighting a futile battle and achieving nothing except for ultimately becoming a laughing stock.

I've encountered a similar problem in a video game related hobby of mine. It's lonely when you're the only chick sometimes - there's a number of people there with similar interest to me who I value a lot at least, good men, but sometimes the conversation turns to lego or something else and I'm lost. At least the chat I go to just sees me as one of the dudes and we have a fun time joking around, which is nice.

Trust me, it's no better when you're the lone right wing guy in a hobby that caters almost exclusively to liberals. I've had people straight up admit they were scared to even talk to me because of all the rumors.

What I said could be referring to Digibro too but he was actually losing views for a while before the tranny shit, it's really hard to believe that he used to be one of the top dogs of the anime community. Who I was actually referring to was Pedantic Romantic, he started dating this tranny communist named Zeria who convinced him to go trans and got more political probably through her influence. What's funny is that Zeria never got many views except for the occasional breakout video that'd get over 100K so the writing was already on the wall that if you made your anime channel overtly political, most people just aren't going to bother watching it. This, so much this. I brought it up in the TERFs thread, but it bears repeating here that the radfems of today are saying the exact same things you'd expect the idpol supporting side of the GG debate to say. Back then all of the online left seemed to be on the same page, at least when it came to their desire to force creators to make their works conform to leftist sensibilities, but when suddenly a bunch of men started claiming to be women and women started claiming to be they/thems (iirc Zoe Quinn, THE leading figure of their side, now uses they/them pronouns and claims to be non binary despite the whole narrative centring around her being a woman) a bunch of them went "wait a minute, something's not right" and decided to split off into their own faction, siding only with the free speech supporters when it benefits them. If the trans issue had never been a thing the radfems wouldn't give a damn about free speech, they'd be up to their same old tricks of censoring anyone who talks shit about feminism or any of the supposed victims of "harassment" and "sexism". (I'm not saying it isn't harassment to make genuine violent threats against someone, but to the easily offended there's no real difference between death/rape threats and "here's why I disagree").

And what bothers me about this is that despite men and women on average being different, there are always exceptions to the rule - some women will have a preference for more male-typical activities and careers regardless of stereotypes or what the so called "patriarchy" says (myself included - huge tabletop gaming nerd, feel the most at home in front of a computer), but rather than celebrating those unconventional people, feminists seem to want to pretend that the only thing holding back all these women who'd rather be housewives or work in a female dominated field like nursing or education is the mythical patriarchy and not their own preferences. And when you factor in the whole intersectionality thing it gets even more ridiculous - a few game companies seem to be donating lately to a charity called "Black Girls Code" which, as the name suggests, wants to get more black women working in tech. No idea how they're going to achieve this goal, but it's ridiculous to pretend that your typical hood girl who's more interested in makeup and dancing is suddenly going to want to become a game developer just because some activist group tells her it's an option.

The endgame of feminism is trannies. If they ever cared about equal rights to begin with, feminism ditched that objective decades ago in favor of amassing more female privilege. It’s to the point where women have it objectively easier and better than men in 2021.

On the topic of troons in nerdy hobbies, I can see why a terminally online male who plays a nerdy game would see advantages in trooning out.

I can't agree with this male vs female, cause it's outdated. The further we go, the less we need such things as physical strength and that is actually the core difference between the sexes. The war in 1 BC was about physical strenth, now you can use drones. In 1 BC you needed to work in a field or go to war to get food and shelter, now you can basically work from your home and never leave your flat at all. The economic border between the sexes slowly being erased and this trend will only continiue.

I would say that the option would be to go with mother nature and reward the strongest, not the weakest. Imo this disbalance is the core reason of degeneracy we see nowadays. From economic point of view it means less taxes for enterpreneurs and the employed people, and less weallfare for those who won't work. The jobless lazy troon shouldn't use taxpayers' money for engaging in his fetish, he is uselesss for the society, why should a middle-class guy who works his shifts pay for those stunts? The hundreds of refugees from different shitholes who want only wellfare should GTFO, they bring nothing but problems. I had a friend that said the reason why so many troons tend to be losers is that they couldn’t compete in the rat race for the middle class suburban lifestyle. Since they’re barely tolerated in the white aspirants middle class, they decide to slum it in the gay community as queers. My friend is a female who would had been liberal in other decades, but she’s tried of troons and their demands. She would rather nuke it just to spite them. I don’t blame her.


I get what you’re saying and agree. But the hierarchy has become steep. I want to blame the suburbs because I think that the creation of youth culture was a product of how suburbs force families to have two generational households.
