So basically about over a half a month ago user An Ghost discovered a user going by the name of Queen Armada (Real name Feroz Y Khan) who had, for whatever reason, uploaded a screencap from the tv show "Reboot" to the gender wikia. After some investigation it was revealed that Feroz tended to go on random wikias and essentially use them as personal blogs:

But their talents are far from simply writing poorly written wikia pages. They have also been known to draw... Art...

According to An Ghost, outpatient basically means unemployed, which means Queen Armada is basically living off a monthly tugboat.

The pages here are so incredibly long that opening them in the editor will probably crash your computer. Even better, it seems like Feroz has regularly updated the wikia for about a year now, and unless something comes up, will continue to do so for a while.
Before I wrap up this OP, I'd like to mention that they apparently uploaded their own candian id to one of their wikia pages, so we in fact have a picture of what they actually look like:
