The most autistic thing about this character is making autism his super power instead of a character trait. It's on the same level as a gay super hero whose power is being gay.
Even Daredevil's power isn't just blindness. I mean his powers are kind of related, in that he got covered in toxic goo that caused him to go blind in addition to having super hearing and reflexes, but you could give him back his sight and he'd still have the same abilities.
