I eat a lot of spicy food or at least what white people consider spicy food. With most meat I eat, I usually cover it completely in Frank’s Red Hot and Jalapenos is a snack I have almost everyday. Heartburn is what reminds me that what I’m doing probably isn’t the best to my body.

Jalapenos are very healthy.

I admit. I'm a sucker for fast food and soda, especially the latter. I hate coffee so soda is my caffeine boost of choice and I get really twitchy when I haven't had a drop of it during the day. Thankfully I do 3 mile walks every night to keep fit. I also drink a ton of water so I at least know that I'm well hydrated. I'm a very picky eater and I'm trying to work on that.

Very nice. I knew exactly what that was from the thumbnail before I even saw the title. I get this every so often and eat it every few months. I'll usually fry it up with some onions and eat it on a tortilla with some shredded cheese. Just like the uploader of that video I usually end up screwing up opening them near the end too.

It's been proven to not be as unhealthy as previously thought, but... Chicken skin. I love it so much, when I bake chicken I always scrape the baking pan I used with a fork just so I don't waste any. Chicken skin with Shake n' Bake is my absolute favourite. When I was younger I also used to pour the grease onto the white rice I used to cook with the chicken, but I don't do that anymore. I can't imagine that being good for anybody.

Stereotypical, but cake. So long as there is not too much icing or it's grossly sweet.

I used to not eat burgers when I was younger and had some restrictive eating habits. But in my college days I've realized it's one of my favorite foods. I don't like soda or fries so by itself it's not as bad as it could be.

I have to get the deli fresh corned beef, ever since needing 9 stitches from one of those stupid cans that didn't fully open, so I tried to prize it with a knife. Put me off tinned corned beef and Heinz Ketchup, and since then, HP only and never looked back.
