I assume the blue notebook is Gracie's yearbook. Kai has never seen one in person before I'm sure (maybe the one with MW and PW in it) TW: whale in a bikini shaking her fat at the very beginning with the song "I'm on vacation". Irony is lost in the Wilcher household, as is being ashamed of contributing nothing to life.

looks like a pimple or something, but that discoloration at the armpit is gnarly! the contrast in skin clarity between the face and pit is astonishing - it's like someone else's body or something. is it some sort of roughened "elephant" skin from constant rubbing?
It makes me think of the skin discolorations diabetics get in their armpit/neck area.
I would be stunned if Kai wasn't at least pre-diabetic. She eats nothing but chicken nuggets and drinks nothing but Starbucks sugar water. Also she's thuper fat and I wouldn't have sex with her.

She probably gets some funky breakouts/boils in her pits and other crevices due to those areas being perpetually moist and never letting anything air out or corn starching herself up like what the other fat chicks do.
I bet she gets a lot of ingrown hairs everywhere too because of her cheap, too-tight clothing rubbing on her nasty skin. She seems exceptionally hairy in places most other women aren't.
I've thought for awhile now that Kai has hidradenitis suppurativa, which is a chronic bacterial infection of the sweat glands, leading to excruciatingly painful boils. Eventually, the boils become connected by deep, subcutaneous tracts or tunnels, which fill with foul-smelling pus. Once it's reached the tunneling stage, it's very difficult to heal the skin, and it may give the appearance of a waxing and waning condition, as the boils drain and refill.

Kailyn doesn't get this type of ''tunneling'' with her boils. She let her hygiene go during her pregnancy and never got it back. The boils and bad acne sprung up at that time.

She said she pre-ordered the nasty eyeliners in May, so yeah probably paid full price of $80 EACH. Dear lord, good thing she will NEVER live with her fake fiance, there would be no food money. And big bitch has never skipped a meal or snack in her entire life. When will she realize real life isn't the SIMS and you need actual money to live ? Doubtful she ever will. Part of Kai lore is that when Matt gave her access to his bank account she cleaned it out immediately
