Forgotten childhood games - Games you've played as a kid or quite a long time ago. Some events in the game, maybe some piece of dialog, where it take place..etc etc, but having a hard time remembering the name so you can replay it again, I want this thread to serve that purpose.

Ok, I will start with a flash game. In this game you have to ski in a straight line, there is two lines that your ski's needs to be in line with, if you go out of line your speed decreases and the longer you stay in line, the speed increases. There are checkpoints where you stop to use a sniper rifle to shoot at red targets. (many more games coming as soon as I remember lol)

I remember playing this game where you're a purple alien and you're drilling in screws while also trying to avoid other aliens out to kill you. You had two different kinds of screws to drill, red ones and yellow ones.

Oh fuck. I knew it was something like that, thanks! I remember spending hours playing the sequel as a child. Never played the original.

Oh boy, oh boy, this thread made look for something I thought would take me hours to find on Google, but it took me just a few minutes.
I knew Hotline Miami was reminding me of something

I would imagine that's it's a game with "biathlon" somewhere in the title if skiing and shooting is involved. Perhaps it's Biathlon Mania, although there seem to be a number of other biathlon flash games it could also be?
found it! https://www.miniclip.com/games/nordic-chill/en/
thank you so much for your help, I didn't know "Biathlon" was an actual sports, actually never payed any attention to the name while playing back in the day

Okay thought of another game you guys can help me find, I only remember very little but I hope fully it would be enough. Ok firstly this game is in first person view, you have a voodo doll in your hand standing in a train station and I think interacting with the doll hurts you

Probably not, It was a full 3d game as I recall (sorry for saying "could be" earlier, I wasn't paying attention).

Ok another one, in this game you play a detective (I think). You start off in a sewer, open a manhole and enter some ladies house on the other side of the manhole. You can go to the backyard and try to go out through the main gate, but the guy you're playing says (in a scottish accent) something like "If I go out there I will be a dead man" and I remember there being a cemetery investigation mission thing and I remember the guy you play going to some barn. Possibly a point and click game

hrrmm....direct pee and poo through intestines, I must!
It was actually pretty fun ngl. Got pretty hard too because it would speed up and if not fast enough could build up and the person either pee-pee or poo-poo'd their pants. It was gross af but as a young guy I thought it was comedy gold.

Slime Volleyball was one of the only games our shit high school computers could load. Even then the lag was so bad it was like playing in slow motion. Blew my mind how fast it played the first time I pulled it up at home.
Sounds epic, will play

I've been trying to find a game for years now. All I remember is that at the start you're trying to find Atlantis and you have a silver coloured submarine. You got coordinates and then you had to find that point on a map. After you found Atlantis it turned into a point and click game.

Indiana Jones: Fate of Atlantis has a sequence where you're directing a submarine into Atlantis, you're spending earlier game trying to find out where it is. Through and through it is still a point'n'click.

(timestamped for the submarine part)

It is one of the best p'n'c games ever made and it actually has some difficulty options at an early part in dialogue where you pick if you want another person to come assist or you'd rather have puzzles where you do everything on your own. It changes the game quite a bit, so I'd even consider that a rare instance of replay value in a p'n'c.

Sorry if it's not the one you were remembering, though.

The Voodoo Doll is also in Blood II: The Chosen, which is one of the most hated sequels (I liked playing it as a kid since I never owned the first one.) As far as I know, the doll acted exactly the same in the sequel, but it was a 3D game. Some of it was in an urban environment so a train station wouldn't be a stretch to find.

Interacting with the doll hurts you if there are no enemies around, that's the weapon's gimmick. I'd recommend you look at screenshots of it in case it jogs your memory.

I think this one might be it, that doll looks very familiar. I might play it to see if this is the one
