First and most obvious: this means a grade A cow is going to be back to his typical bullshit and we’ll get to watch the fallout and enjoy as he makes a complete fool out of himself like he always had.

Second: I know a LITTLE bit about the legal process, not going to PL at all but look at how it said “Dismissed by DA”. Not and acquittal, a Dismissal. This means that the charges CAN be filed against him at a later date. If it was determined he genuinely did nothing wrong the case would have move forward and he would have been acquitted or found not guilty and that would be the end of it. Instead what this means is that there is still reasonable cause to believe he’s guilty and he needs to be put behind bars, but there wasn’t enough concrete evidence to ensure he couldn’t weasel his way out of it and get off in a way that prevents him from being charged again in the future.

So the DA is most likely doing this, giving him his win, so that the investigation can continue and more evidence can be gathered so that when the charges get filed again, he has absolutely no hope.

Now granted he could genuinely be innocent here and the DA just decided to cut it off early. It’s not unheard of for people to get pressured in to a guilty plea for something they didn’t do then when they don’t take it and it goes to trial, the entire thing just gets dropped after delaying it as much as possible in case they change their innocent plea out of fear.

Knowing Foxler though I HIGHLY doubt that. The dude is a fucking degenerate and a dog rapist, there’s no doubt in my mind he would also diddle kids.

It’s very likely. Dismissing the case instead of letting him get found not guilty or be acquitted specifically allows for re-filing. I can’t imagine they’d do it that way unless they intended to refile later.
