Which we know already isn’t the case. Foxler seems to think he was found innocent when the trial never got to that stage, all that happened was the DA dropped the charges specifically in such a way that allows them to be re-filed, which means there’s a good chance they WILL be re-filed. As I said up above, this is typically done so more information can be investigated without a time limit and harsher charges that may not have been possible before can be brought against the defendant, and they don’t want to give them the opportunity to slip in to a Not Guilty verdict on a technicality.

Either we can be friends and cooperate for the benefit of all or not.

There may come a time in the near future when I may decide to just shut this group down and walk away from all this in favor of other more productive endeavors with more cooperative people.
