yeah, we don't speak. i won't go into detail bc it's a long and personal story but basically, i grew up a bit, they didn't, we did some hurtful things out of resentment, etc etc etc. it's not a blood feud or anything lol, we just don't interact at all anymore.

oh for sure, it's not been updated in at least a year. same goes for the FAQ, i hardly pay attention to what's in there and i generally assume nobody else pays attention to it either. three of those blogs were people i didn't like for petty stupid reasons and they don't deserve to be in there. one of them was (not sure how they are now because it's been years) genuinely a fuckin creep to me and did and said quite a bit of fucked up shit when i was 14-15. i'm definitely gonna go in there and either take down those pages or edit them because they're so extremely out of date. and what the fuck do i care who people follow anymore lmao

my family has never been practicing and not all my family is jewish, but i started seeing people who did practice it and decided to start learning more because i found the ceremony and ritual of it all to be very fulfilling.
it was never and has never been for tumblr clout. whatever could have been seen as me being "Jewish for attention-seeking reasons" was probs me figuring myself out and trying to find community with Jewish folks who were practicing, though it's easily possible i could've posted or said some cringey out of line shit, i just don't remember lol.

Aw. well that's disappointing. This site is little more than a gussied-up gossip site, which is really all we want. We want that hot goss.

As for the accusations of being Jewish for Tumblr clout, this has been a thing that has happened before in the subforun, the most notable example being the world's most boring cow, Marissa/Rabbie, and she's attempted to use this to gain oppression points and to talk down to people.
