He is. And that sort of memelord shit is kind of his schtick (and for a lot of content creators like this it is) -- like kind of goofy ass, immature kind of humor, I kinda like it.

The ASMR thing itself is just a meme they have, there was a goon named DocFuture who originally made this:

Vinny streamed it and his audience loved it, so it became a meme--Jabroni mike took that sort of shit further and has made his own videos of stuff like that, like Detective Pikachu shit and stuff like that, but yeah it's mostly memes and jokes for his stream viewers rather than a general audience. The dude is like ADD as hell, so kind of weird but a lot of people think he's kind of funny.
