The Shadowrun Trilogy is free on GOG.
These are great games, even if HBS did fall down the troon well after them.
If you're going into Shadowrun blind be aware that the engine got a bunch of upgrades between the games and there are ways to play the older campaigns in the upgraded engines.
I haven't looked into them in a year or so but IIRC there's a way to get both Dead Man's Switch (eg Shadowrun Returns) and Dragonfall running in the engine for Hong Kong and they're fairly easy to do with some rudimentary file shuffling.

Yes! There was a coupon around christmas for $10 off on anything above 15 so I picked up Disco Elysium. At €7 that's a steal. I don't really play video games though, but it was a really good deal.
Returns is already in Dragonfall. Dragonfall is phenomenal, play it. Hong Kong isn't worth your time.
I'm also 100% sure ive posted this here before, cause these go for free constantly.
Thing is, I just don't like having to have so many fekkin accounts for games, which is why I don't use GOG either, apart from freebies, because it pisses me off having to have so many accounts even though GOG is probably the best online reseller of games. Steam is just easier for my lazy arse.
Don't know if this is a thing still now but it used to be if you bought on Origin (EA) or the Ubisoft store you could use the same game code on Steam and it would add it to your Steam account if it was on Steam.

Epic's endgame, and Sweeney have talked about this so it's not a Marissa theory, is to eventually force a single unified store front and a single launcher for everything. Remember all the different IM programs of the past and how great it was when someone combined all of them into something like Trillian? People are already hunting around shady sites for the lowest price for a steam code so what if the listing of the price on Steam/GOG/Epic/Itch/Humble/EA/UBI was right there in the launcher and the game, no matter where it was bought, could be launched from the same launcher? I like that idea.
So everyone would be forced to use the same absolutely shitty store front by a guy who doesn't even have a store front on his own site after years of operation? That sounds god fucking awful.
