Digitigrade leg structures being animated poorly look extra stiff. If you have a pet cat or dog, watch how it walks around. You'll see what all these furfags do wrong just by witnessing how this leg structure actually functions.
They'd look more natural if they allowed the ankle to absorb the impact of the step correctly, but that isn't involved with degenerate sex, so it gets ignored and instead they treat the ankle as another rigid segment of the leg.
