There is a ton of misinformation here. So I'll try to prioritize 10 mistruths above all else. If anything else needs to be clarified I'll do what I can! :

This is not true. I made a twitter post in reference to a running joke. Let me repeat that tweet, and (not backpedal), FORWARD pedal so you can get a better idea of what I was trying to say.

You’re all fakes!” But I was told by several people that that could be awkward, I told them “wouldn’t it be funny if we brought a dog to a furcon and be like ‘what up you punk posers? I’m the real deal! This fur is real!’ And if we brought a baby to a babyfur meet and be all like “You’re all fakes! I’m the real deal! I need this diaper and you just wear it for fashion! I can go out into society without shame! I'm the socially acceptable baby furry! Envious?” And they took my joke seriously and were like “That’d be really awkward!” It was freggan hilarious they had that reaction.
The point of that post is the same point I'm going to make now: The concept of someone going into a room of posers and mocking them is a hilarious one. Like a Japanese person going into a room of weeaboos, a baby going into a room of babyfurs, a dog going into a room of fursuiters, or an African-American going into a room of wiggers and saying "You wish you were me. Admit it. I'm the real deal. You losers are just posers!"
People misinterpreting my humor has been a plague on my life that, I never really was too concerned about because honestly: I don't give a fuck if someone misinterprets my joke. It's not going to stop me from trying to make others laugh. For example, just this week I complained to my boss that two coworkers were punching my arm after I asked them to stop. They'd punch me if I made a groaner joke. Nothing gives them permission to assault me at work just because they have an issue with my humor. Ultimately this whole "Twitter storm" over a joke could of been prevented if anyone just ASKED me clarify. But no one did. Everyone just made assumptions and spread their rumors.
And honestly there was no way for me to anticipate this disturbing reaction. How am I supposed to correct misinterpretations made behind my back? I deal with stuff in front of me. Drama appears to have a pretty basic formula:

My hygiene has been awesome. The problem is this:
1. I didn't try to solve any fursuit smell problem because only one person gave me an unsolicited complaint about the smell at FWA 2015, and thats still the record after attending 51 different furcons. It's fair to assume because furries believe that immorality should be measured by how many people you trigger: People likely avoided telling me about any smell because they were trying to "avoid triggering" or "avoid drama". Moral of the story: If you smell something, SAY SOMETHING. If I'm so smelly why has only one person tried to complain to me? I've been fursuiting for 6 years.
2. At FWA 2015 I was informed that squirting the fursuit with the essential oil/rubbing alcohol mix about 10 times was NOT RIGHT. I should of done it at least 20-30 times.
3. The balaclava was already pre-glued into the head. I didn't know this was wrong because it was my first time having a fursuit.
4. The smell was not caused by a hygiene issue, it was from a drying issue. The fursuit sweat would not dry overnight for a variety of reasons: Usually the fursuit fell off of the hanger while everyone was asleep.
5. The fursuit sweat would not dry overnight because I'd forget an extension chord and I'd have to dry the fursuit on the floor with a fan which was often unsuccessful.
6. The fursuit sweat would not dry overnight because I was using the "UK HangAir Hanger with Built-in Electric Fan" which was ineffective.
7. The fursuit underarmor was sometimes being used everyday because I thought I could disinfect it using the essential oil/rubbing alcohol mixture and hanging it to dry.
8. Undoubtedly because of my half Russian genes I'd sweat 10 times more then anyone else. My genetic make-up was mostly designed for harsh Russian winters at a time when space-heaters weren't invented yet.
9. I must repeat, a clean body and a clean fursuit is no match if the sweat doesn't dry overnight and MAN finding a successful way to dry that bodysuit was impossible. I can't think of a single con where I'd wake up in the morning and not, at some point, discover a little bit of wetness inside the underarm area in the fursuit. Finding a perfect drying method has always been a major challenge.
10. It only takes 3 hours for bacteria to breakdown proteins into the acids that create the B.O. smell. Considering that I showered once a day, probably the only possible way to avoid B.O. was to shower 4-5 times a day, considering how I was suiting all the time.
I must repeat this: If you smell something, say something. It says a lot that I went to 51 different furcons and only got one unsolicited commented about a nasty smell. After that I'd start to go up to people, ask them if they smell anything and 90% of the time they'd say no.

I'm a psychological people-pleaser. If I notice someone is not pleased with what I'm doing, I blame myself and try to figure out how I can please them. I've been this way for as long as I can remember. There is really a part of my mind that says "Yes, you can please everyone, you just need to fix yourself better to do it!" I didn't interview Ryan Hill for attention. I did it because people were genuinely fearful of him and I thought it was time to take the makes off and reveal how harmless he was. It was a good decision then, it's a good decision now.

I was literally featured on a national news website about the incident. So people were going up to me calling me a hero. It successfully stopped people from trying to congratulate me after I did absolutely nothing.

So they stay on the list indefinitely. Am I supposed to google each of my twitter follows to see if they've been caught doing illegal stuff over the past year? What's the point? I have stuff to do.
