These laws and their expansion in Florida could be a boon to the investigation of cows, specifically those who can’t stop sperging about politics. Rat Kings in particular come to mind. It wouldn’t be surprising if many more Florida cities adopt such statutes; one of the main reason the “Florida Man” meme exists is because of the state’s comprehensive so-called “Sunshine Law” regarding the open access and preservation of public records.
Unfortunately nobody exceptional or humorous (or exceptionally humorous) - and presently in Gainesville - immediately comes to mind
