I wasn't a fan, due to the bigger picture at hand with Smackdown. I think A LOT more fans would have been forgiving had the WWE and US titles had been swapped places during that time peroid.
Do remember that AJ Styles, Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho where all feuding for the US Championship within the timespan Jinder was WWE Champion. Only once Brock shit all over Jinder (plus the Indian market is by all accounts, broke and refused to pay WWE prices) did plans change to AJ getting the title right before Survivor Series. Jinder would also end up winning the US title at Mania' over a red hot Rusev, Orton and Roode within 12 months of his reign too.
Plus with Jinder doing the nationalistic gimmick, it would have worked more in favour of him holding the US title.
It was okay, but it felt rushed. 60-80 minute episodes for Dark Elevation and Dark seem to be the sweet spot. Less that that it feels rushed, more than that it's s slog.

If his desperation for twitter likes ever becomes a liability you might eventually get your wish. Considering his current place on the card, you might get your wish anyway if AEW needs to free up some cash to hire more retirees to commentate another one of their 10,000 youtube shows.
Give it time. They're probably waiting for his contract to run up and not renew it. You can only get one good match out of him a year, no guarantee that'll be on AEW and his online presence is a liability for any company.
AEW could trim the fat and hire two writers for every wrestler they have under multiyear deals that aren't cutting their weight in the promotion or too much of a liability to keep around. They can also stop hiring people who have only a few years of experience in the ring. Only a handful have been any good. Just do what HHH always does and get the best the indies and foreign promotions have.
HHH treats NXT like his own personal toybox, if Khan isn't careful AEW is going to turn into a cesspool because the other kids keep bringing in their old dirty toys into his.

LGBT+ types don't give a fuck about bi people, especially bi women. Because by all accounts, most end up almost exclusively dating men as is. Bi isn't "exotic" anymore either. My problem with that group is that almost every single member is 35+ years old. Can't really call yourself a development brand at this point when your roster is years older than the average indie show.

Wouldn't be surprised if this is Russo wanting in on the AEW hate market. The problem with that hate market is that most of them blame Russo for the death of WCW. It may translate to a few more listens but I'd doubt if he gets many.
