I'm actually not opposed to bringing "outsiders" in to help write wrestling because they can bring different experiences and perspectives to help keep things fresh.
While I do consider myself a bit of a wrestling traditionalist, the "wrestling bubble" is easy to get trapped in if you adhere solely to tradition.
Its a balancing act. There are time honored things that work that should be protected, but there should always be room to evolve and experiment as well.
But for the life of me, I don't understand how a person like Kenice Mobley could get a job unless it is as a diversity hire for brownie points.
